Shopify design and build
From ordinary to extraordinary.
A Shopify store designed and built as a premium product. Clear to shop, fast on a phone, and ready for your team to run after launch.
Product structure, collections, content, blog, apps and launch care. Built as one premium product, not a pile of pages.

Ordinary gets you online. Extraordinary gets you bought.
An ordinary Shopify store gets you online. An extraordinary one earns its keep every day. Clear to browse. Fast to buy. Easy for your team to run.
We design and build that store. New launches and full redesigns. Shopify and Shopify Plus. The brief is the same either way: a premium product your customers trust and your team can merchandise without fighting the theme.
New stores
You are launching on Shopify or Shopify Plus and want the first storefront to be the real one, not a temporary theme.
Redesigns
The current store looks tired, converts poorly or fights the team every week. You need a rebuild, not another patch.
Replatforms
You are leaving Magento, WooCommerce, Wix or a custom stack. The build and the migration have to land together.
Everything in the build
Like buying a car with the right spec from day one. The structure, the pages and the launch work are included. Related services sit ready when the brief needs them.
Product structure
Variants, options, metafields and listing rules set up so the catalogue stays clear as it grows. Collectors, fashion and wholesale each need a different shape. We build the one that matches how you sell.
Collection structure
Navigation and collections that match how customers browse. Filters that work. Merchandising your team can change without breaking the path to purchase.
Content pages
About, shipping, returns, landing pages and the rest of the site, designed to the same standard as the product journey. Not an afterthought template.
Blog and editorial
A blog that fits the brand and is easy to publish from. Templates for articles, features and launches so content supports the store, not fights it.
Theme and experience
A custom Shopify theme built for speed on a phone. Sections your team can merchandise. A checkout path that stays clear under pressure.
Launch readiness
Staging, QA, redirects where needed, analytics basics and a launch plan that respects your trading calendar. You go live knowing what was checked.
Included when you need it
Apps and integrations
ERP links, private apps and the tools around the store. Stock, price and orders staying in agreement.

Migrations
Moving from Magento, WooCommerce, Wix or a custom platform with customers, orders and search equity protected.

Ongoing support
After launch we stay on the store. Monitoring, fixes and a steady run of improvements, month to month.

How a build runs
Discovery, design, build, launch and care. Clear milestones, staging before go live, and the same people through the whole job.
01
Discovery
We learn the business, the catalogue, the customers and what ordinary looks like today. Then we scope the build that gets you past it.
02
Design
We design the experience around how people buy. Your brand, or with a design partner. Every template earns its place.
03
Build
Theme, structure, content templates, apps and integrations. Staging first. Clean code your team can still edit.
04
Launch
QA, cutover plan, redirects and the first trading days covered. The person who built it is still on the call.
05
Care
Most builds move into support. Monitoring and improvements so the store keeps performing after the champagne.
Why teams choose this build
One team, start to finish
The people who scope the work build it. No junior handoff after the pitch.
Built to run without us
Your team can merchandise, publish and update without calling for every banner.
Performance first
Speed on mobile is part of the brief, not a later optimisation project.
Ready for what comes next
Structure that holds a bigger catalogue, more markets and the support rhythm after launch.
Stores we have built
Heritage, streetwear, wholesale and collectors. Different catalogues. The same standard.

Collectibles retailer

Four thousand products, pre-order complexity, and a Comic Con deadline. We built the store collectors actually want to shop in.

Streetwear retail

Conversion moved from 0.8% to 4.6%. Within 12 months, online was half of the retail business.

B2B food wholesale
A Magento wholesale operation, rebuilt on Shopify Plus and tied to Business Central. Onboarding rose by over 500%.

Heritage knitwear
A Wix store replaced with a Shopify theme built around Studio Form's identity. Double digit conversion in the UK and the US.

Questions before you start
What is included in a design and build?
Product and collection structure, custom theme and templates, content and blog pages, the apps and integrations the store needs, staging, QA and launch support. Migrations and ongoing support sit alongside the build when the brief needs them.
Is this for a new store or a redesign?
Both. We build new Shopify and Shopify Plus stores, and we rebuild existing ones that no longer convert or that the team cannot merchandise cleanly.
Can you work with our design partner?
Yes. We often build from brand work led by a design studio. Bosie is one example. Studio Form led the identity. We built the Shopify theme so the team could merchandise it every day.
How long does a build take?
Most builds run from several weeks to a few months, depending on catalogue size, design depth and integrations. We give you a clear timeline after discovery.
What happens after launch?
Most clients move into monthly support. We keep monitoring the store and shipping improvements. See the support packages for the ongoing rhythm.
Do you handle migrations as part of the build?
Yes when you are leaving another platform. Products, customers, orders and redirects are planned with the new storefront, not bolted on at the end.
