B2B commerce
Make it easy for trade customers to buy online.
Wholesale should feel simple. Their prices, their catalogue, reorder in minutes. Your team spends less time on the phone and more time on the business.
Company accounts, their prices, reorder tools and an ERP that stays honest. Shopify Plus when you need it. A simpler path when you do not.

Wholesale online should feel obvious
Trade buyers do not shop like retail customers. They reorder. They buy in quantity. They expect their price on the screen, and they will call your office if the site makes that hard.
We build B2B commerce that removes the friction. Company accounts, catalogues, self-serve ordering and the ERP link underneath. Shopify Plus when the operation needs it. A simpler setup when it does not. The sale is not the plan name. The sale is a wholesale channel your buyers will use.
Orders stuck on phone and email
Buyers wait for a quote. Your team rekeys the same order. The day fills with admin instead of selling.
Prices that only your team know
Trade terms live in a spreadsheet or someone's head. The buyer cannot see their price, so they call again.
Retail tools forced onto wholesale
A consumer theme with a login is not a trade channel. Buyers need lists, reorders and terms that match how they purchase.
What trade buyers get
Self-serve wholesale that matches how buyers already purchase. Their prices, their lists, reorder without a phone call.
Their price on the screen
Company accounts and catalogues so each buyer sees the products and prices that belong to them.
Reorder without starting over
Favourites, quick order and history so regular stock lands in minutes, not in a chain of emails.
Terms at checkout
Net terms, purchase orders and approvals where you need them. Payment that matches the account.
A path they trust
Clear navigation for a large catalogue. Mobile that works in the van or on the warehouse floor.
What you get
A wholesale channel your team can run. Less rekeying. Clear onboarding. Systems that agree.
Company accounts
Locations, permissions and the people who can buy for each account, set up so onboarding is repeatable.
Catalogues and pricing
Account or tier pricing that stays accurate. Volume rules and date-based pricing when the operation needs them.
Self-serve ordering
A wholesale journey built for repeat purchase, not browsing for fun. Less manual order entry for your team.
ERP connection
Stock, customers and prices staying honest with Business Central, Odoo or the system you already run.
Trade-safe visibility
Wholesale products and prices kept off consumer discovery layers when they should stay gated.
Room to grow
Shopify Plus when unlimited catalogues, a dedicated trade storefront or custom checkout logic earn it. Simpler setups when they do not.
Who this is for
Wholesalers and distributors
Large catalogues, account pricing and buyers who reorder every week. Online should remove work, not add a second process.
Manufacturers selling trade
Dealers and distributors who need their terms online without a separate outdated portal.
Mixed DTC and B2B brands
One commerce team, two buying behaviours. Retail stays clear. Trade gets its own rules.
Shopify Plus is often where complex wholesale lands. It is a tool, not the product. We start with how your buyers purchase, then choose native B2B, Plus, SparkLayer or a blend.

Questions before you go live on trade
Do we need Shopify Plus for B2B?
Not always. Shopify now includes foundational B2B tools on paid plans, including company accounts and pricing catalogues. Plus is right when you need more catalogues, a dedicated trade storefront, custom checkout logic or higher volume headroom. We will say which shape fits.
Can buyers see their own prices?
Yes. That is the point. Company accounts and catalogues show each account the products and prices that belong to them, including volume and date-based rules when you need them.
What about our ERP?
Trade pricing and stock usually live in the ERP. We connect Shopify to Business Central, Odoo and similar systems so the storefront does not invent a second truth. See apps and integrations for the detail.
Can we keep selling DTC on the same platform?
Yes. Many brands run retail and wholesale together. The trade path gets its own rules. Consumer discovery stays clean.
How do you stop wholesale products showing in the Shop app?
Visibility has to be set deliberately. We published a B2B safe method for hiding products from the Shop app when they should stay gated.
Do you have wholesale proof?
Fáilte Foods moved from Magento to Shopify Plus with Business Central, date-based pricing and a favourites list for reorder. Customer onboarding rose by over 500%. Conversion sits above 30%.
