Partnering with Studio Form to deliver a Shopify store for this Scottish heritage brand.
Bosie had the brand, the product and the ambition, but a Wix setup that made selling online genuinely difficult. Slow to manage, limited in capability, and not built for growth. They partnered with parallel and Studio Form to change that: a new brand identity, a new Shopify store, and a commerce experience built to match the quality of what they sell.
The detail
The design came from Studio Form. Exceptional work. Our job was to make sure the build did it justice. That meant developing a theme flexible enough to handle the nuances of the brand while remaining straightforward for the Bosie team to manage day to day.
The previous Wix setup had made basic tasks like uploading products and updating merchandising far more effort than they should be. Getting that right, so the team could actually run the site with ease, was just as important as how it looked.
Selling internationally added another layer. Configuring shipping rules to handle UK and US orders cleanly, without friction at checkout, was essential for a brand with real appetite to grow in both markets.
The result
The response in both the UK and the US was immediate. Traffic surged, and the new site converted it. Double digit conversion rates from a platform that had previously made growth difficult.
The back end is set up to support it: clean product management, reliable integrations, and a storefront the team can actually build on. Bosie are adding to it constantly, and the numbers keep moving in the right direction.
