Growth subscription
A senior Shopify team that builds what you ask for and finds what to fix next.
Unlimited requests. One flat monthly fee. Most tasks delivered in one to three business days. Conversion work sits in the same backlog as the development.
From £3,000 a month. No contract. Pause or cancel with 30 days notice.
Built for live stores
Development you request. Conversion work that decides what is worth building.
Less than the cost of one in house developer, with a team behind it and someone reading your numbers every month.
Prefer a lighter support package? Why stores get stuck after launch
Hourly retainers and ticket queues keep the store busy without moving revenue. This subscription is built to fix that.
Hours that vanish
You pay for a block of time whether you use it or not. Unused hours disappear at month end.
Small jobs that take weeks
A simple change waits on a quote, a slot and a free developer. The store stays stuck.
Nobody reading the numbers
Developers build what they are told. Nobody looks at the data to decide what should be built next.
Four steps, then a monthly rhythm
01
Onboarding audit
We review your theme, apps, site speed and analytics, and set a KPI baseline for the store.
02
Build the backlog
Your requests plus our conversion recommendations, in one shared board.
03
We work through it
One active task at a time, or two on Growth Plus. Most tasks land in one to three business days.
04
Monthly review
What shipped, what moved against the baseline, and what is next.
Development you ask for, plus the conversion layer
Every plan includes all four. The conversion work is what separates this from an unlimited dev retainer.
Conversion work
The layer that decides what is worth building.
- Monthly review of analytics and customer behaviour
- Three to five prioritised recommendations each month
- Friction cuts across product, cart and checkout
- Product page clarity improvements
- Results tracked against your baseline
Development
The work you ask for, shipped in sequence.
- New theme sections and components
- UX and conversion focused UI updates
- App integrations
- Speed and performance improvements
- Code refinements
Support
Fixes and a senior person on the line.
- Theme and layout fixes
- Styling adjustments
- App conflicts and troubleshooting
- Priority response when something breaks
- Direct access for advice and sense checks
Monthly report and call
A clear look at what changed.
- What shipped and what it changed
- KPIs against last month and your baseline
- Recommendations and what is next
What counts as a task?
A task is anything we can complete in about a day. Bigger requests are split into a sequence and delivered one after another. Anything over roughly a week of work is quoted as a separate project.
- A new product page section
- A cart upsell block
- Fixing an app conflict
- Speeding up a slow template
- Setting up GA4 events
More revenue from the traffic you already have
The monthly conversion review looks at six parts of the store. Recommendations go straight into your backlog, so the fixes get built rather than sitting in a report.
Homepage and landing pages
First impressions, clarity of the offer, and entry point conversion.
Product discovery
Search, filtering, recommendations, and how customers find what to buy.
Product pages
Trust signals, imagery, copy, social proof and add to cart rate.
Cart and checkout
Friction, abandonment, and upsell and cross sell opportunities.
Mobile
Making sure mobile converts as well as desktop, where most traffic sits.
Returning customers
Accounts, loyalty and repeat purchase.
What we watch
- Conversion rate
- Revenue per session
- Average order value
- Add to cart rate
- Returning customer rate
- Mobile and desktop parity
Two plans, one flat monthly fee
Billed monthly in advance. No contract. Pause or cancel with 30 days notice.

Right for you if

- You have steady traffic and a backlog of improvements
- You do not have an in house developer, or yours is stretched
- You want a senior team looking at your numbers, not only a pair of hands
Not the right fit if you need
- A new build or full redesign
- A replatform or migration
- ERP, WMS or other backend integrations as the main brief
- A full A/B testing programme with dedicated tools
- Paid media management or ad spend
- Third party app licences or platform fees
We do that work as separate projects. Ask on the call, or start from What we do.
What continued after launch
Three lines are taken from published reviews. Forty Clothing has no review of the later work, so that card uses the case study only.
After the Shopify Plus launch
“Since the launch, we have continued to collaborate with parallel on optimising our store, enhancing customer retention, and driving online sales.”

The case study records fractional commerce direction after the rebuild. Conversion moved from 0.8% to 4.6%. Within 12 months, online was half of retail sales.

Questions before you book
Is it really unlimited?
Yes. You can add as many requests as you like. We work through them one at a time, or two on Growth Plus, so the limit is speed, not volume.
What counts as a task?
Anything we can complete in about a day. Larger requests are split into smaller tasks and delivered in sequence. Work over roughly a week, such as a redesign or a new integration, is quoted separately.
How fast is turnaround?
Most tasks are done in one to three business days from when we start them. The clock pauses while we wait on content, access or feedback from you.
What happens in the first month?
We audit your theme, apps, site speed and analytics, agree your baseline numbers and build your first backlog. Work starts in week one. The audit is £950 on Growth, or waived if you commit to three months, and included on Growth Plus.
What if something breaks?
Anything affecting checkout, payments or core site functionality jumps the queue. We respond within four business hours on Growth and two on Growth Plus.
Do you run A/B tests?
We analyse your data every month and recommend and build conversion improvements. Full A/B testing programmes with dedicated tools are a separate service.
Is there a contract?
No. You are billed monthly in advance and can pause or cancel with 30 days notice. If you choose a three month commitment, we waive the onboarding audit fee on Growth.
Can I ask for advice, not just work?
Yes. You have direct access for questions, sense checks and platform decisions between tasks. That is part of the subscription, not a separate line.
How does this sit with the other support packages?
Maintain, Optimise and Accelerate are lighter monthly packages. Growth is for stores that want unlimited requests, a conversion backlog and a faster shipping rhythm. Start on Support if you are not sure which fits.
