    answer: A focused piece of work, about six hours of delivery. Examples include a collection rebuild, a mobile checkout fix, a tracking setup or a new section. We agree the scope with you before we start.
  - question: What if the job is bigger?
    answer: Work beyond six hours is quoted as a project. You get a price before we begin. We can also group time across months when that is the cleaner plan.
  - question: Can I change package?
    answer: Yes. The agreement is month to month. You can move up, move down or pause.
  - question: How does billing work?
    answer: A fixed price, charged on the same day each month. You can cancel. There is no lock-in period.
  - question: What is not included?
    answer: Copywriting, paid media and email marketing are separate. Major replatforms and custom ERP builds are quoted as projects.
  - question: What is Growth?
    answer: Growth is our Shopify growth subscription. Unlimited requests, conversion recommendations and a flat monthly fee from £3,000. See the dedicated Growth subscription page for plans, turnaround and what counts as a task.
