faqs:
  - question: Do you have an office in the UK?
answer: No. The practice is based in Belgium. Workshops, the build and support for UK businesses happen on a call, with the same people from the first conversation to launch.
  - question: Which UK businesses can I read about?
answer: Forty Clothing and Fáilte Foods in Glasgow, Surrey Cricket Club in London, and Bosie in Edinburgh. Each city page goes into that work. We have not published a Manchester or Birmingham case study yet.
  - question: How does a UK project run from Belgium?
answer: We start with the catalogue and the operation. Workshops are on a call. Launch follows your trading calendar. Support after go live is a monthly partnership with the people who built the store.

Most of our published work is in the UK. The practice sits in Belgium. The store is the hard part.

## How a UK project runs

We start with the catalogue and the operation, before a theme demo. Workshops are on a call. Launches follow your trading calendar, including fixture lists and peak weeks. After go live, support is a [monthly partnership](/services/support) with the people who built the store.

## Where to read next

Each place covers a different kind of work.

[Glasgow](/locations/glasgow) is retail with shops, and food wholesale. [London](/locations/london) is sport and venue retail. [Edinburgh](/locations/edinburgh) is heritage knitwear. [Manchester](/locations/manchester) is distributors with an ERP already in charge. [Birmingham](/locations/birmingham) is trade catalogues that need cleaning before a build.

If you sell from the UK into Europe, the [Europe page](/locations/europe) covers markets, VAT and shipping. Selling into the United States is on the [US page](/locations/usa).
