faqs:
  - question: Do you have a Manchester office?
answer: No. We're based in Belgium. Workshops for Manchester businesses are on a call, with the same people from scoping to launch.
  - question: Do you have a Manchester case study?
answer: Not yet. The closest published build is Fáilte Foods, a Glasgow food wholesaler. We keep that label on it. We won't present it as a Manchester client.
  - question: Which ERPs can you connect to Shopify?
answer: Business Central, Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, Sage and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Business Central is the one with published wholesale work, on Fáilte Foods. Tell us which system you run.

We don't have a Manchester studio. We also don't have a Manchester case study to put on this page.

What we do hear from distributors in the North is a familiar shape. A large catalogue. Prices that depend on the account. An ERP that already holds stock and customers. A website that was added later and never caught up.

## What to have ready

Three things need an owner before a build is worth starting.

The catalogue. One structure for products, variants and pack sizes. The [trade product data guide](/insights/trade-product-data-before-shopify-build) is the checklist.

The terms. Each account needs its own price, and a way to reorder without a phone call. That work sits on the [B2B page](/services/b2b).

The ERP. Stock and customers should stay in the system that already runs the warehouse. Business Central, Odoo, NetSuite, SAP and Sage are the connections we plan. Start with the [integrations page](/services/integrations) and the [Business Central guide](/insights/shopify-business-central-integration) if that is your system.

## The closest published build

[Fáilte Foods](/work/failte-foods) is a Glasgow food wholesaler. Magento sat apart from the ERP. We moved the trade operation to Shopify Plus, synced Business Central, and built date based pricing plus a favourites list. Onboarding rose by over 500%. Conversion sits above 30%.

If your operation has that shape, tell us which ERP you are on. The city matters less than the systems.
