Collectors do not browse a department called action figures. They look for a franchise, a series, a brand and a scale. Pre-order dates have to be visible, or the inbox fills up.

[Star Action Figures](/work/star-action-figures) is the published store. More than 4,000 products. 114 franchises. Shopify Plus. The brand system did not exist before the project. Navigation, ship dates and display-case matching were built so a collector can buy without a support ticket. It launched for Comic Con.

We have not published a second collectibles brand. The pattern is the catalogue shape, not the licence.
